A/ Read the following Beginner’s Guide to the Cloud article. 

Read 13/10/2021, understood and I use most services mentioned.  We now use office 365 at work and everything I do is uploaded and stored online.  We are getting better at understanding how to work and share all necessary communication online which is so much handier.  I still have a problem in that I need things to be signed by service users as proof though, which means using paper copies, uploading then shredding which is a bit silly and an awful waste of trees.  

b) Upload a file to the Cloud. 

I do this all the time at work and personal life with photographs taking me hours and hours to upload to keep them safely stored in the third recommended place.  What would I do if I lost my precious photos!!  I use One Drive, Google Drive, Dropbox. Just about every facility I use is online now, for work and personal use.  I do advise people to also keep a physical storage place like a memory stick or extra hard drive as between all storage places one is likely to go down at some point.
